Foundations of

Yoga Beginners

This beginner’s class is a great to start your yoga journey.

Learn about breath work and how to use your breath to move through the sequence of poses called Sun Salutations. We’ll also learn the Warrior poses which are approachable to most bodies. We’ll practice mindfulness, and connecting breath with movement.

Learn to align, open and strengthen the body gradually while stabilizing the platforms of the feet and ankles, hips, pelvis and shoulder girdle. Class begins with general and targeted warm-up sequences followed by postures which are taught from their foundations using fundamental building blocks to enable students to explore the postures correctly, safely and to their own ability before bringing it all together into a breath-connected sequence.

Intermediate

Yoga

Intermediate yoga classes are great for new comer , but eventually, it’s time to move on to a more advanced class. An intermediate yoga, go beyond the newcomer and discover new challenges. Intermediate courses assume a working knowledge of the basics. We are designed for all levels of practitioners as the Teacher will guide you and offer different variations of poses to suit all levels of students. Classes include different style yoga poses and include pranayama elements. Weekly Mindfulness sessions are open to everyone. Come over to spend some time for yourself, where we are working to quieten the mind, relaxation, and stress release.
